To prevent an interruption in debit card access, please activate your new card by making a Point of Sale (POS) PIN or ATM PIN transaction, or by calling 1-866-392-9952.
If activating over the phone, please follow these steps:
Business Card – Have the last four digits of your business TIN, last four digits of your business phone number, and the three-digit number printed on the back of your new business debit card.
Consumer Card – Have the last four digits of your SSN, date of birth, and the three-digit number printed on the back of your new debit card.
