Community Involvement
Invested and Involved—Because We Live Here Too.
Our role as financial experts doesn’t stop at the end of a workday. We take the financial challenges of the communities where we live and work personally—because we live there too. That’s why we’re always ready to step up. Look for us in your community—we’re helping train community leaders, serving on boards in advisory capacities, and providing services and funding to the nonprofits that support those who need it the most. And if you see us, come and say “hello.”
We Walk the Walk When Our Communities Need Help.
Sacramento SPCA
The Twenties roared back at the Sacramento SPCA Gala. It was a night that transported guests to the dazzling era and the gala shimmered with Gatsby-esque elegance. RCB embraced the vintage vibe. Funds raised supported essential programs for pets and their people, ensuring compassion remains timeless. Generosity matched the evening’s glamour, proving that from the Roaring Twenties to the 2020s, kindness never goes out of style.
HomeRise Holiday Cheer
RCB was honored to be a part of HomeRise’s Holiday Cheer event, spreading joy and connection to residents this season. Thanks to donations and volunteer efforts, Holiday Cheer transforms HomeRise buildings into warm, festive, and welcoming spaces filled with hope and belonging. The San Francisco team had the privilege of decorating the Zygmunt Arendt House, a permanent supportive housing community dedicated exclusively to formerly homeless seniors.
Sacramento Food Bank
Team RCB rolled up their sleeves to enthusiastically support Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, packing 355 food boxes and assembling nearly 1,200 pounds of nutritious food for seniors across the region. River City Bank is proud to stand firmly behind the Food Bank’s vital mission, especially during times of growing need and community challenges.
