Please read this Electronic Signature and Disclosure Consent Agreement (E-Sign Agreement) carefully and print or retain a copy for your reference. As part of your relationship with us, we want to ensure you have all of the information you need to effectively manage the application and processing of your loan and/or account. Our goal is to provide you with as many options as possible for receiving your documents and disclosures. We are required by law to give you certain information “in writing” which means you are entitled to receive it on paper. We may provide this information to you electronically, instead, with your prior consent. Please review this agreement as it applies to all required initial and subsequent documents, disclosures, and agreements related to your loan or account application. This agreement will be effective throughout the application process and for future transactions or communications until expressly withdrawn by you.
By agreeing to the terms of the E-Sign Agreement, you are consenting to receive electronic communications, including but not limited to:
– ACH stop payment request form
– Wire transfer forms and disclosures
– Loan documents and disclosures
Disclosures will be provided electronically following acceptance of this E-Sign Agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, provide you with any communication in writing, even if you have chosen to receive it electronically.
You agree to maintain an active email address and must promptly notify us of any changes. To update your email address, contact River City Bank at 800-564-7144 or email us at [email protected]. If you do not maintain a current email address, we will have to discontinue electronic delivery of your documents.
You may withdraw your consent to receiving electronic documents and disclosures at any time by contacting River City Bank at 800-564-7144.
By agreeing, you are confirming that your computer or electronic device meets the specifications and requirements listed below, and permit you to access and retain the disclosures and notices electronically. You will need:
We may revise hardware and software requirements from time-to-time and will notify you if there is a material risk that, based on the changes, you would not be able to access or retain your electronic records. You will have the opportunity to withdraw consent without the imposition of a fee.
You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer or electronic device. We are not responsible for any errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer or electronic device, for any virus, other problems or changes that may be associated with the use of your computer or electronic device, including, for example, the cost of your Internet Service Provider.
To request a paper copy of any disclosure, notice, or other document, contact River City Bank at 800-564-7144. The Bank will provide the first copy to you free of Bank fees or charges. We will charge you fees in connection with the delivery of additional such paper copies as disclosed in the applicable product or service fee schedule.
By providing your consent, you agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature for the application and this E-Sign Agreement. You are also confirming that you have the hardware and software described above, that you are able to receive and review electronic records, and that you have an active email address. You also affirm you are authorized to enter into this agreement and agree to receive documents, disclosures, and agreements electronically.
