SACRAMENTO, CA — Steve Fleming, president and chief executive officer of River City Bank (the Bank), announced that the Bank’s board of directors has approved a 5 percent increase to the quarterly cash dividend from $0.30 per common share to $0.315 per common share. The increase was made in connection with the Bank’s recently reported net income of $9.9 million and $31.6 million, or $6.71 and $21.58 diluted earnings per share, for the quarter and year ending December 31, 2020, respectively. These dividends will be made to shareholders of record as of February 9, 2021, and payable on February 23, 2021.
