Notice of Updated Deposit Account Agreement

Thank you for banking with River City Bank and entrusting us with your financial needs. On June 4, 2025, we will be making some important changes to our Deposit Account Agreement.

Below is a summary of the changes that are being made to the Agreement as of this date:

• The Funds Availability section will reflect increased funds availability amounts.
• The Deposit Insurance section will now address pass-through deposit insurance.
